Discretion Policy

On discretion.

Discretion is not a marketing department's word. It is the operating principle of a clinic small enough to know who you are, and serious enough to make sure no-one else does.

The waiting room

We do not allow more than one party in the waiting lounge at a time. We schedule appointments forty-five minutes apart so that no client meets another at the door. The entrance off Bruton Lane, used quietly, is offered when requested.

Photography

We do not photograph clients for marketing, ever. The clinical photographs taken for your medical record are kept on encrypted on-premises storage, accessible only to your physician and the senior aesthetician working on your case. They are not shared with third parties, nor used to train Mirror, without your written consent.

Names

We do not publish a client list. We do not confirm, to anyone, that any individual is or has been a client. The press has asked. We have declined.

Telephones

We ask that mobile devices remain in pockets while readings are conducted. The concierge will hold yours, with pleasure, in a small leather pouch by the door.

The team

Every member of the Maison signs a confidentiality covenant on their first day. It is enforceable. It has, fortunately, never needed to be enforced.

If you are concerned

Write to Dr Aboulafia, directly, at [email protected]. The letter will be opened only by her.
