Privacy

On privacy, plainly.

This is the page that exists, on every website now, in the back-most corner. Ours runs to about three hundred words, because the underlying arrangement is, in fact, simple.

What we hold

If you have written to us, we hold the contents of that letter, the address it came from, and the small note our concierge has made about how to reply. If you have visited the studio, we hold your medical record, your treatment plan, and any photographs taken with your written consent. Nothing more. Nothing less.

What we do with it

We use it to do the work properly. We do not sell it. We do not share it. Your photographs are held on encrypted, on-premises hardware in our Bruton Street office; they are not transmitted to Mirror, our diagnostic system, beyond what is required for the reading itself, and not at all to ClearPath AI or any third party.

What you may ask of us

You may, at any time, ask to see what we hold; ask us to amend it; or ask us to delete it. The concierge will reply within three working days. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and behave accordingly.

Cookies, briefly

This site sets a single cookie remembering you have read this notice. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts. The site is, in this respect, almost suspiciously plain.

If you would prefer to write

You are welcome to write to [email protected]. The reply will, almost always, come from a person.
